Micro Connect Ltd

is a business to business technical support company dedicated to installing and troubleshooting Networks, Email, fax and PC systems.

We are based in Belper, Derbyshire in the East Midlands (UK).

Our experience stretches back over almost 20 years and incorporates knowledge acquired on many different systems including Novell Netware (all versions), Windows NT Server (V4), all variants of Windows ( 98, 2000/XP, Windows 2000/2003), Windows 2000/2003 server and Microsoft Small business Server 2000/2003.

E-mail systems such as Exchange, Groupwise, Netscape and Netnow are supported, as are network components such as switches, hubs, routers, backup systems etc.

Many customers use us for troubleshooting problems on their existing systems or to step in when their on-site support is away. All time is chargeable by the hour.

We work closely with our customers, providing personal attention and feedback on the progress of ongoing jobs. Our aim is to provide the best service and training possible.
