Micro Connect is a computer network technical support company. We are IT consultants based in Belper, Derbyshire about 8 miles north of Derby, and we cover most of the East Midlands, including Nottingham, Ilkeston, Mansfield, Burton-on-Trent and surrounding areas.

We install and support PCs and file servers including Windows Server 2003/2008 and Microsoft Small business server. The latter comprises an integrated suite of programs designed to meet the needs of a small business. Computer networks - LANs and WANs - are our speciality.

Further products in our range are the Network Associates McAfee anti-virus, McAfee Groupshield, Veritas Backup Exec, Watchguard firewalls/anti-spam devices, Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. The list is not exhaustive and new products are being added on a regular basis.

We provide a professional and friendly consultancy service, supplying technical help and advice as well as any hardware and software required. Above all we aim to provide a comprehensive, user-friendly and reliable system which requires a minimal amount of maintenance once it has been installed.

We also fault-find on existing LAN and WAN systems and can advise on performance enhancements – in fact on any query or problem related to computer networks or their installation.
